By creating an account or using sitebud.co, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sitebud.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. Handles are first come, first served, and we may reclaim handles that impersonate others or infringe trademarks.
Your content
You own everything you publish. You give Sitebud permission to host and display it so your page works. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content.
- No spam, phishing, malware or scams.
- No impersonation or infringement of others' rights.
- No attempts to break, overload or abuse the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Paid plans
Paid features are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Service availability
Sitebud is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and online but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sitebud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
